Alhamdulillah through the Guidance and Mercy of Allah Ta’aala, the Jaamia Madinatul Uloom for Girls is a government-registered institution for Islamic Education located at #186 Union Road Marabella, Trinidad opposite. It is a Girls’ Madrassah for the dissemination of Islamic Knowledge and etiquettes at a basic and higher level along lines aimed at empowering our Muslim girls to become capable of leading lives in obedience to Our Creator, Allah, using the shield of knowledge in today’s society. Our comprehensive 5 yr Aalima Course in Arabic/English is taught by highly qualified certified teachers. This course comprises of: – Arabic Language (Nahw, Sarf, Adab, Balaagha), extensive studies in Tafseer, Hadeeth and Fiqh (with all their sciences), Seerah, Islamic History, Meerath (Islamic Inheritance) and Aqaaid (Islamic Beliefs). Academic subjects are also incorporated in the syllabus. There are no school fees and classes are from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in a comfortable, air- conditioned, secure environment.

With the belief that knowledge is as necessary for females as for the males, Saturday classes from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m are offered for ladies/girls of all ages, emphasizing in recitation of Quran and basic knowledge of laws pertaining to women.
