The Jaamia Madinatul Uloom (J.M.U.) aims at developing all involved to be exemplars and propagators of the mission and legacy of The Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alahi Wa Sallam) by disseminating sound and authentic Islamic Knowledge.

Allhamdulillah, through the grace and mercy of Allah Ta’ala, the Jaamia Madinatul Uloom was established in September 1991. Since then approximately 40 students have qualified as Huffaadh. 

The Jaamia Madinatul Uloom holds the distinguished accolade of being the first Madrasah in the Carribbean and South America to qualify students in the memorization of the Holy Quran.

The Madrasah offers the Aalim (Islamic Theology) program, a comprehensive seven year course taught through the Arabic medium by a staff of highly qualified and dedicated teachers. We also offer Secondary level academic education.

The Madrasah (for boys) is located at Stadium Link Road, Marabella. The school offers both full time boarding facilities and part time courses. We have been privileged with students from the U.S.A., Canada, St Lucia, Guyana, Dominica, St Vincent, Jamaica, Colombia, Venezuela and Grenada.

Our school offers a safe and secure environment with a staff of qualified teachers, full time experienced supervisors and a modern building in a fenced compound with a large playing field. 

Boarding facilities include separate large dormitory, laundry, full time cook, kitchen, snack shop, library and computer room.
